Community

We engage in community activities locally and abroad, that focus on two key pillars: projects that mitigate the current climate crisis and projects that pave the way for adaptive solutions to meet the challenges of the future.

We have a deep passion for collaborating with children, as well as local and international communities, to both support and implement sustainable practices.

By working hand in hand with these diverse groups, we strive to foster a culture of environmental consciousness and take meaningful actions that contribute to a more sustainable and resilient future for all.

Clean up the Amazon

Iquitos, Peru

Visiting the Amazon jungle, in 2023, our homestay, was a two-hour boat ride up the river, away from modern civilization.

Not far enough away to escape the negative impact of western society. We were shocked to see the physical river water line had receded over one metre from previous years due to climate change.  We also saw thousands of plastic bottles lining the Amazon. It was confronting.

Working with our host, we now support the local jungle schools, to educate and clean up the Amazon. Learn more at esperanzaindigena.org

Clean Water Source

Uganda, East africa

We all need clean drinking water, yet only 32 percent of Ugandans have access to a basic water supply.

It was an incredibly humbling experience, to donate a water well, to the Iyolwa World Vision project. The village women were so grateful; they danced, sang, cried and treated us like royalty. Learn more at: www.worldvision.com.au
