Simon Dillon

Simon is our financial wizard, Chartered Accountant and real estate nerd, playing a pivotal role in acquiring new sites and identifying prime locations for our projects.

With his expertise in real estate and finance, he negotiates deals and oversees the civil construction process to ensure everything is built to the highest standards and completed on time. Outside of work, Simon enjoys travel, surfing, swimming, and deep-sea fishing.

Renee Dillon

Renee is our powerhouse, managing sales, marketing, and administration with passion and dedication.

As a strong advocate for environmental sustainability, she is committed to implementing green practices both at work and home. A mother, minimalist, avid traveler, part-time vegetarian, and forever optimist, you’ll often find Renee on mountain hikes, chasing the sun, or practicing yoga.

WORLD VISION – FMNR

Ethiopia

WHY: We are committed to offsetting emissions of prior projects through credible, nature-based solutions.

HOW: We’ve pledged a 3 year contribution to World Vision’s Farmer Managed Natural Regeneration program.

RESULT: Our contribution is expected to support the offset of approximately 18,750 tonnes of CO₂.

SURF LIFE SAVING

Mermaid Beach, QLD

WHY: Surf Life Saving plays a vital role in building community, resilience, and a culture of volunteering.

HOW: Simon contributes as water safety, while Renee is an accredited Surf Life Saving official.

RESULT: They keep Bec (our most important volunteer) happy!

ENTREPRENUERS ORGANISATION

Queensland, Australia

WHY: As part of a global community of business owners, Renee value’s continuous learning.

HOW: Renee serves on the EO QLD FY26 Chapter Board and as a Forum Moderator.

RESULT: Leadership development, accountability, and the opportunity to contribute to a network of leaders.

The mini farm project

Queensland, Australia

WHY: We believe in supporting practical initiatives that make a real difference in the communities we’re part of.

HOW: We provide monthly financial support of the Mini Farm Project’s Queensland-based charity farms.

RESULT: Small contribution to the consistent supply of fresh, nutritious produce to local families in need.

Clean Water Source

Uganda, East Africa

WHY: After years of sponsoring a child through World Vision, we visited Iyolwa World Vision Project and saw firsthand the lack of access to clean drinking water.

HOW: We funded the installation of a water well.

RESULT: Ongoing access to clean water (Only 32 percent of Ugandans have access to a basic water supply).
