Delivery and Returns

 

ZAMA Unique Fashion Online not only offers UNIQUE fashion but a UNIQUE delivery and return service. 

Here at ZAMA we understand shopping can be a little scary because of not knowing if the product will fit, if it will be good quality or if it will even suit you! We are so confident with the quality of our products that we offer free shipping on delivery AND returns within Australia straight to/from your door. 

What does this mean? Once your payment has cleared, the item will be dispatched to a courier and the product will arrive to your door free of charge within 1-5 days. If the size is not right or the item does not suit, follow these simple instructions;

1. Email us at support@zama.com.au within two weeks of your purchase.

2. You will be emailed a returns form to fill out and email back to us.

3. You will also be emailed a 'consignment form' and two 'drivers manifest'. Print these off and place the 'consignment form' in the spare plastic sleeve you received with your order and attach it to the spare parcel bag you also received with your order.

4. Keep one 'drivers manifest' for your records and give the other to the courier along with the parcel, a courier will pick up the item/s from your door (save you the cost of traveling to a post office and paying for return packaging) free of charge as long as the item is undamaged and still has the tags on.

5. Wait for us to process your request and we will send you a refund or exchange.


All orders will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment, however there maybe some delays with orders placed on weekends or major public holidays. If you have any issues or wish to make a return, please contact info@zama.com.au.
